Sky Lanterns

A few weeks ago we did sky lanterns where we wrote our names and wishes. There's a saying that if the lantern is successfully released in the sky the wish will come true. On Wednesday we went to Ping Xi for field trip and to release the lantern. Ping Xi is a beautiful place that once was occupied by Japanese. The village depends on the coal resources in the caves.

There was a river running through the villagen and many different kinds of trees and flowers.
